1. 1:00 pm Les Cook – Calls meeting to order, Dallas Morrell seconds, all in favour. (scribe Jennifer Miller)
2. Web Pages
a. Jennifer to ask Chris at Murlin Electronics how to get rid of old Area II web pages.
b. Jen to Email Ministry to see what name they are going by this month.
c. Check with Bradley directories about boundary maps.
d. Reporting requirements – take out.
e. Directors to review website and send me any changes ASAP.
3. Discussion around Trailer
a. Discussion around costs of trailer and transportation of the trailer.
4. Spill Exercise
a. Spill exercise is scheduled for May 29, 2013 at the Marengo Hall.
a.i. Meeting – 11:00-12:00

a.iii. Exercise to follow
b. Kenda will talk to Ministry to see if they plan on doing a presentation.
c. Daniel will talk to Mike about bring the Penn West boat.
d. Barry needs 5 minutes at the exercise to discuss financials.
e. Meet on Friday April 24, 2013 at 9:00 am at Penn West Compound to go through the trailer.
