- Upon receiving a call from a person requiring the use of the Spill Coop Trailer, the following information is required:
- Company Name and if they are current member of the Coop
- Company Representative name and phone number
- Location the spill trailer is to be delivered
- The spill trailer contains one 2” water pump and it contains the appropriate hoses and attachments for the pump.
- The trailer also contains 1 gas powered generator
- The spill trailer does not come with gas to run the generator or water pump (Use premium)
- There is a pneumatic oil skimmer but the trailer does not contain an Air Compressor to power the skimmer. The company will need to supply equipment to power the skimmer.
- A wildlife scare cannon is also located within the trailer and requires a battery and propane tank to operate it (battery provided in the trailer, propane tank is not provided in the trailer)

- Any company can use the trailer, but if they are not a member there is a fee of $3000/day
- Call 24 hour on call number 306-460-5102, and pass along the above information.
- Call the contractors that are utilized for the trailer hauling and give them the information above. (Trailer requires a 2 5/16 ball for transport) Also inform them that the invoice for this will be sent to the oil company requesting the trailer:

- The spill trailer is located at the R360 Environmental Solutions Canada Inc. 16-16-30-23 W3M. Located 7 miles north of Kindersley on Highway 21.
- Upon arrival at R360 Environmental Solutions Canada Inc.you will need to check in and out at the office with operations
- The passcode for the ball lock and trailer lock is “SPILL”. Make sure to replace the locks.
- When the company has completed the usage of the trailer, they will call 24hr spill number 306-460-5102 and request that the trailer be picked up and taken back to the R360 Environmental Solutions Canada Inc..
- Inventory of the trailer will be conducted at that time and the used inventory will be purchased and replaced and billed to the oil and gas company.
